The Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system in the Kia EV6 allows the high-voltage battery to supply AC electrical power for
operating external electronic devices and household equipment.
To activate the Kia EV6 V2L system, tap the V2L icon on the infotainment display.

While the V2L system is active, the Kia EV6 infotainment system displays detailed information including remaining
operating time, charging status, battery reserve level, and estimated remaining driving range.
To help ensure the highest level of occupant protection in the Kia EV6, all passengers should fully understand
the
proper use of the restraint systems, including seat belts, airbags, and child restraint systems. Correct seating
posture and proper restraint usage significantly reduce the risk of injury during sudden stops or collisions.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of severe or fatal injuries and to receive the maximum safety benefit from the
restraint systems installed in the Kia EV6:
Never place an infant, child, or booster seat in the front passenger seat of the Kia EV6.
The Kia EV6 supports high-speed DC fast charging at compatible public charging stations. Refer to the operating
instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the specific DC charging station being used.
Frequent DC fast charging may gradually reduce long-term high-voltage battery durability and overall battery
performance.
To help maximize battery lifespan and preserve charging efficiency, minimize unnecessary use of DC fast charging
whenever practical.
